Steps to Apply for Regulation 6 Examination 2020

Here are guidelines for Rule 6 examination 2020,

1. You need to apply in form A, this form is a part of Customs Brokers Licensing Exam you can obtain from there also.

2. Next, you need to submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100

3. Attach a copy of identity proof of PAN Card or Aadhar card self-attested should be enclosed.

4. Two passport size photos out of which one for a Gazetted Officer or Customs Broker

5. Copy of educational qualification such as 10th and 12th mark sheet copy, MBA or other degree program mark sheet copy. 

6. ID or Address proof such as passport, Aadhar card or Voter ID issued by Election Commission of India

7. Bank solvency certificate mainly issued by a Scheduler bank for the Commissioner of Customs (General), which shows that the applicant of Rule 6 examination owns assets of Value of not less than Rs. 500000/-

8. Details copy Professional of degree for Professionals

9.  For G-card holders - 
(i) Copy of Customs Broker Licence
(ii) Copy of "G" Card
(iii) Details of G-card exam such as year of passing the exam, roll number and a copy of the result.

10. Lastly, you need to deposit Rs 500 as an application fee paid through TR-6 challan to the commissioner of customs and enclose original TR-6 challan with the application documents of Rule 6 exam
